We do our very best to provide quality products you will love and wear. And we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with our products, you have the right to return products you have bought from naga.fit for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. Due to the importance of hygienic handling and safety issues of socks, we do not accept returns of our socks. However, if there is a quality issue, we will offer refund/replacement, upon clear evidence shared by you via email showing a video and a photo of the damaged product.
We offer Returns and Exchanges for our athletic Wear products i.e. T-shirts, full sleeves, leggings, Shorts, as per following rules:
Cancellation before Shipping
In case you change your mind after placing the order but before your order has been shipped, you can-
Method 1- cancel the order on the website using the link provided in the order confirmation email
Method 2– drop us an e-mail at info@Naga.Fit with your order number.
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your entire paid amount.
Terms- All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact for an eligible refund. When you return any product, the shipping charges have to be borne by you. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. Naga.Fit will accept returns ONLY on unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged products, received in the original packaging and in original condition. Exceptions may apply.
Maximum Time Limit for Returns
A request to return an item must be made within 7 days of when the item(s) were delivered to you. Exceptions may apply.
How to Return
- To submit a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no and reason for return. Please share additional images and video clips for socks.
- Once we approve the return order, we will mail you the confirmation of the return order.
- Upon receiving the confirmation of the return order by us, you are kindly requested to ship us the product at the earliest to the following address:

Please also note we do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Please make all RETURNS OR EXCHANGES to the address below only after you have been given return instructions through email. Thank you!
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
